Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is one of our most powerful herbs we have growing here, more potent even than many of the imported so-called superfoods. She can be used in the kitchen as a vegetable and for infusions, as well as for various ailments such as muscle and joint pain and many more. Nettle grows plentifully and can be harvested CO₂ free at no cost (at least if you go by bike). I am so glad she is back.
If you want to learn how I use her in the kitchen, you can read about it here (in German).
